Micah Parsons, a standout linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys, voiced his eagerness to represent the United States at the Olympics.
He not only wants to compete but also hopes to assemble a “Superteam” of NFL stars for Team USA.
Parsons mentioned players like Ja’Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson, and CeeDee Lamb as potential teammates, emphasizing their collective goal to “run through everybody.”

Rob Gronkowski, a former NFL tight end who played for the New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has also shown interest in joining the flag football squad for the 2028 Olympics.
Despite the challenges of NFL schedules overlapping with the Olympics, NFL executive Peter O’Riley indicated that the league and Players Association are working on allowing both current and former players to participate in the 2028 games.
